At the Harvard Department of Mathematics and the Harvard Center of Mathematical Sciences and Applications (CMSA), this process is supported by an environment that emphasizes both depth and interaction.
The Harvard Department of Mathematics is characterized by a strong culture of teaching and research, with growing numbers of students engaging in advanced mathematical study. Its programs emphasize rigorous training, flexibility in the curriculum, and early access to high-level mathematics.
